Why do you go to jail for stealing someone's TV but nothing happens if you steal their girlfriend?
Surely, a girlfriend is worth more than a TV unless it’s one of those big plasma screen with the surround sound and hd quality.

Because if your girlfriend goes willingly…..you’re outta luck.
you don’t own a person. She can choose to be with whoever.
Because the girl friend can make a choice and the t.v. has got nothing to say about it.
you never hear about the tv running back home and begging forgiveness.
if someone stole my girl friend, it means she wasn’t worth keeping.
i would however appreciate it if he would at least leave a plasma TV in her place.
You can’t steal a person, unless they are property. You know — slavery.
If your girlfriend is willing to run off with someone else, your TV is worth more than your girlfriend.
